Forklift unloading
- Rack with forklift on customer request >> 300.00 Euro
- Attention: The respective packages must not weigh more than 2,000 kg!
Crane unloading
- Stand with crane on customer request:
>> 530.00 Euro (arrival & departure incl. 1 hour crane time)
>> 150.00 Euro for each additional hour or a fraction thereof - Attention: The crane may only be used for the purpose of unloading, otherwise the customer must bear the additional costs!

Telephone advice: the goods are held at the carrier's warehouse and a delivery date is agreed with the customer, resulting in an extension of the delivery time by at least one day.
Driver's advice: The driver directly informs the customer about his or her expected arrival time.

The mere indication of a contact person and a telephone number does not constitute a claim for advice; in this case, the information provided by our shipping department and the delivery service provider only offer the possibility to contact the recipient if necessary.
