Logistic Services from HELUKABEL

With us, you get the complete logistics package. From shipment tracking to a delivery service with lifting platforms, forklifts or cranes for unloading, to drum management with free cable drum pickup - HELUKABEL accompanies the shipment competently and reliably from the order receipt right up to the return of the old drums.

Lifting platform

• Package under 1,000 kg and entire shipment under 2,500 kg >> free of charge
• Package or drum larger than 1,000 kg or entire shipment more than 2,500 kg >> 240.00 Euro

Forklift unloading

• Rack with forklift on customer request >> 300.00 Euro
• Attention: The respective packages must not weigh more than 2,000 kg!

Crane unloading

• Stand with crane on customer request:
  >> 530.00 Euro (arrival & departure incl. 1 hour crane time)
  >> 150.00 Euro for each additional hour or a fraction thereof
• Attention: The crane may only be used for the purpose of unloading, otherwise the customer must bear the additional costs!

Telephone advice: the goods are held at the carrier's warehouse and a delivery date is agreed with the customer, resulting in an extension of the delivery time by at least one day.

Driver's advice: The driver directly informs the customer about his or her expected arrival time.

Note: The advice will only be invoiced if a binding order is placed upon order placement. The mere indication of a contact person and a telephone number does not constitute a claim for advice; in this case, the information provided by our shipping department and the delivery service provider only offer the possibility to contact the recipient if necessary.

Shipment on the day of order placement and delivery within 24 hours

• Standard and lengths in stock: for orders accepted before 4pm
• Cut lengths: for orders accepted until 1:30pm

Delivery the following day and delivery within 24 hours

• Cut lengths: for orders accepted after 1:30pm

National scheduled delivery for parcels and forwarding services from Hemmingen, Neuenhagen and Pleißa

• In addition to the normal freight charges "free delivery" or "freight collect", the costs for the respective types of scheduled deliveries are added to the costs listed below.
