Drive technology ensures movement by means of power transmission and supplies the machines with energy and the required information. Both are transmitted with the help of cables and wires. In many cases, not only is energy transmitted, but other functions are also enabled, such as the transmission of large amounts of data or the control of drive elements - all with as little interference as possible. The cables and wires used are exposed to a wide variety of environmental conditions due to their different areas of application.
