Important Emails from Helukabel
Here you will find an overview of emails that are an essential part of using Helukabel products and services. You cannot unsubscribe from these emails yourself, as you can from a newsletter, for example.
- System messages: All emails necessary to use our systems. This includes the automatic sending of status messages, error notifications, login details and password reset emails.
- Special Communications: important information regarding the use of the products and services you have booked and/or used must be delivered to you. This includes notification of special maintenance and availability issues, as well as critical security information. It also includes adjustments to technical information about our products and price changes.
- Payment processing: All e-mails that are necessary for the processing of contractually agreed payments. This includes invoices, reminders, refunds, commissions and performance records.
