Repeat Award Winner for Company Management
HELUKABEL has been awarded with the Best Managed Companies Award 2025

HELUKABEL has been honoured with the Best Managed Companies Award for the second year in a row. The programme is organised by the auditing and consulting firm Deloitte Private, the Swiss major bank UBS, the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, and The Voice of German Industry (BDI) e.V. and the award is recognised as a seal of quality for exceptionally managed companies.
This year, HELUKABEL was once again able to impress the jury who evaluated companies in the four key areas of strategy, productivity & innovation, culture & commitment, and governance & finance. "We are very happy to once again be honoured with the Best Managed Companies Award," says Marc Luksch, Managing Director of HELUKABEL GmbH, on the evening of the award ceremony, which took place in the Palmengarten event hall in Frankfurt, Germany. "Being honoured twice is also proof that the successful development of our company didn't happen in just a day but has been designed for stability and sustainability."
"The outstanding management teams of Best Managed Companies like HELUKABEL have really proven their exceptional capabilities. Their success is thanks to thoughtful and intelligent business models, highly motivated employees, and their ambitious drive to take on new initiatives. As pioneers and role models, they have more than earned their recognition as a Best Managed Company," explains Markus Seiz, Director at Deloitte Private and Head of the Best Managed Companies Program.
The Best Managed Companies Program is a competition and seal of quality for successful mid-sized companies. The vision is to develop both a national and a global ecosystem of exceptionally managed mid-sized companies. One significant, unique feature of the award is its internationality. Best Managed Companies was started in the 1990s by Deloitte in Canada and, since then, has been successfully introduced in more than 45 countries. The companies that receive this award possess a mid-sized character or are family businesses and have demonstrated successful economic development in recent years. The winners are selected by a jury of renowned economists and representatives of the sciences and the media.
